GHB Canada – Liquid & Powder Products
At GHB Canada, we take product integrity, customer satisfaction, and legal compliance seriously. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final, and returns are accepted only in extremely limited circumstances.

Due to federal and provincial regulations surrounding controlled substances, we do not accept returns on any GHB products, whether liquid or powder, once they have been shipped and received.

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will only consider a return or replacement under the following conditions:

- Packaging breach during shipment
To be eligible for review, you must:

- Provide photo or video evidence of the issue

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

- You failed to provide valid authorization or documentation
- The package was seized by customs or law enforcement

- You failed to notify us within 24 hours of delivery

All returned items (if accepted) must be:

If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued via the original payment method (e-transfer, crypto, wire transfer)
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process
